Nikki Esme Barnes

Senior Partner
Nikki is a senior partner at Probusiness Consulting. She has experience in data science and engineering, business management, hospitality, project management, public administration, business development, and business support services, having previously worked in a childcare institution, SMEs, NGOs, and the hospitality industry in these capacities. Nikki holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from University of Ghana, and a Certificate in Public Administration and Professional Consultancy from the UK.

Bernard Njindan I.

Bernard is a partner at Probusiness Consulting. His experience spans local and international financial markets, having studied, researched, practised and/or taught specialised courses in finance and economics in Ghana, South Africa, Spain, and Australia. Bernard presently teaches masters and honours courses in portfolio management, money, and capital markets at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. He has organised workshops in China, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, among others. He serves as an external expert to the National Research Foundation (South Africa) and the National Centre of Science and Technology Evaluation (Republic of Kazakhstan). He is also a resource person to the central bank of Indonesia (Bank Indonesia). He currently serves as an Editor-in-Chief to the journal MethodsX, a Guest Editor to Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, and an Associate Editor to the journal Heliyon. He has doctoral education in economics and finance, specialising in international finance, investment, and risk management.

Justice Sam Bansah

Associate Partner
Justice is an associate partner at Probusiness Consult. He is a trained mathematician who has conducted years of extensive research in Martingales and stochastic analysis. Justice has worked on various machine learning projects including predicting blood donation, predicting credit card approvals, exploring the Bitcoin cryptocurrency market, Risk and Returns using Sharpe Ratio, and more. Justice is proficient in Python, SQL, and Octave/ MATLAB. Justice has years of experience lecturing students in advanced levels of mathematics. Justice holds an MPhil in Mathematics and is currently pursuing a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Ghana.

Joseph Antwi

Associate Partner
Joseph is an associate partner. He has over seven (7) years experience teaching and researching in Ghana and Canada. He also has experience in builder license assessment. His areas of interest include: comparative public policy analysis, developmental politics, and international political economy. Joseph holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the Memorial University in Canada and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with History from the University of Ghana.
